Circadian Light in Space How do we ensure astronauts sleep well in space? In 2023-2024, Danish astronaut, Andreas Mogensen, tested the Circadian Light, designed by SAGA, on the International Space Station for 6 months.
Throughout his mission, it simulated sunrises and sunsets, emitting a carefully designed spectrum of light that mimics natural sunlight, here on Earth
